Noelle Salon has long been working with Women of Color and all ethnicities.  Over 1/2 of our clientele and staff are Women of Color and Hispanic. We are experts with sodium hydroxide relaxers, CHI straightening

and Keratin Straightening Treatments.  We will work with you to determine which method works best and it is our goal to promote healthy hair growth.
